Note: You may be wondering why there are certain POEA terms included in the services or if you may do some research, these are services offered by POEA. Please be advised that the POEA website has now been deactivated ever since the creation of the new DMW office. So the POEA online services is now merged into the new office and DMW online services.
1. PEOS – Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar
The Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS) is a program offered by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) that helps migrant workers prepare for their transition to working in a new country. The PEOS provides information on topics such as the rights of migrant workers, labor standards in the destination country, and how to find a job. It also provides training in areas such as workplace safety and cross-cultural communication.
2. E-Registration
The Department of Migrant Workers offers an online registration system for migrant workers called DMW E-Registration. This system allows workers to create a profile and submit their documents online. This makes it easier and faster for them to apply for jobs, and it also helps to protect them from fraudulent recruitment schemes.
Note: The EReg Portal was formerly known as POEA eRegistration. Now it is changed to the DMW eRegistration portal.
3. OFW Records Management System (OFW-RMS)
The OFW Records management system is a database of information on migrant workers that is maintained by the Department of Migrant Workers. These are the documents that contain foreign Filipino worker placement information and records verified using the POEA database. The OFW records include information on the skills and qualifications of migrant workers, as well as their employment history. This system helps employers to identify qualified workers, and it also helps workers to keep track of their employment history.
4. BM Processing (Balik Manggagawa)
The BM (Balik Manggagawa) Online Processing system is a system that allows migrant workers to apply for their Overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) online. This system makes it easier and faster for workers to apply for their OECs, and it also helps to protect them from fraudulent recruitment schemes. The BM Online processing was previously accessed via BMOnline.ph, which is now accessible via DMW website – https://onlineservices.dmw.gov.ph/OnlineServices/POEAOnline.aspx

This system is offered by the Department of Migrant Workers in partnership with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). It allows workers to submit their applications and resumes online, and it also allows employers to search for qualified workers.
5. Direct-Hire Processing
Direct-Hire Processing is a system that allows migrant workers to apply for jobs directly with employers. Applicants/workers can create their profile account and will be able to set up their job application for direct hire by overseas employers.
This system is offered by the Department of Migrant Workers in partnership with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). It allows workers to submit their applications and resumes directly to employers, and it also allows employers to search for qualified workers.
6. Online Recruitment Authority Application (ORAA)
The Online Recruitment Authority Application (ORAA) is a system that allows employers to apply for a license to recruit migrant workers. This system makes it easier and faster for employers to apply for a license, and it also helps to protect them from fraudulent recruitment schemes.
The ORAA System handles the online application for the issuance of recruitment authorities by recruitment agencies: Special Recruitment Authority (SRA), Letter of Acknowledgement (LOA), SRA with LOA.
