The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has posted an update informing Filipinos of an upcoming overseas job fair on May 1 – Labor Day in the Philippines. There will be over 10,000 overseas jobs that will be open to qualified applicants. The job fair will be held at the DMW Office Blas F. Ople Building, Ortigas Avenue corner EDSA Mandaluyong City.
The DMW is urging all interested parties to take advantage of this rare opportunity to find work abroad. They encourage everyone to come prepared with their resumes and other pertinent documents.

On May 1, 2023, the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) will host over 10,000 job opportunities for Filipino workers on Labor Day.
The job fair will be attended by a variety of licensed recruitment firms from countries such as Taiwan, New Zealand, Germany, Japan, Poland, the United Kingdom, and others who will provide employment possibilities.
All qualified individuals are highly encouraged to take advantage of this momentous opportunity by coming to the job fair prepared with their resumes and other documents.

Document Requirements to Prepare
Applicants who intend to attend the job fair are suggested to fill out a Worker’s Information Sheet, which may be found through their e-Registration accounts.
Furthermore, applicants are required to submit documents such as their passport, PEOS certificate, and employment papers that are relevant to the job they’re applying for.
On the other hand, applicants under the government-to-government program are urged to look at the recruitment specifications forms published on the DWM website for a smooth application procedure.
